Video Tutorials Menu have been updated.
Exclusive hosting is extremely pleased to inform you that we have completely reinovated our Video Tutorials Section. The videos are based on step-by-step tutorials which will no doubt help you to better understand our Web Hosting Control Panel and get what needs to be done faster and easier whether it is a MX record you need changed or a URL redirect or simply to unlock your domain name.
You will have the videos at your disposal within the Web Hosting Control Panel under the section called Help Center. The menu is called Video Tutorials.
Example of how to access the updated Video Tutorials Section
The videos present in this menu are categorized by content. For example: Domain Managment, DNS Managment, File Manager and so on and so forth. Therefore you can navigate through the numerous Video Tutorials with ease.
And that is not even all of it. We have implemented each video tutorial within the corresponding section of the Web Hosting Control panel itself. For example: You are in the SSH menu and you would like to have SSH enabled. But you don’t know how to do that eaxactly. You don’t even have to go to the Help Center menu/Video Tutorials since the Video regarding the SSH access is available within the SSH Acces Menu.
And another example. If you go to the Hosted domain section and click on any of the domain names you have hosted within the Web Hosting Control Panel, that will open up the quick control menu for the domain name in question includig basic information about the domain name. On top of the pop-up you will see the Video Tutorial link whcih you can click and watch the movie in case you are not sure what exactly is what, and what needs to be done in order to achieve your goals.
We hope that the Video Tutorials will make our Web Hosting Control Panel even more user friendly.
