SUPREMECENTER SERVERS 10, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 TO UNDERGO MAINTENANCES

This is just to let you know that there will be server maintenances in the upcoming week. All of them will be carried out on different days of the week in a similar timeframe: starting at 10:00 and ending at 14.00 GMT (5:00 0 9:00 EST). The purpose of this maintenance is to replace old and faulty hardware.

Monday 22nd of October – Supcenter10, 11 and 14. Downtime is expected to be as follows:
SupCenter 10 – 1 hour of complete service interruption
SupCenter 14 and 13 will have about 1 hour of service interruption for MySQL and Websites and about four hours of service interruption for the Web Hosting Control Panel and FTP including e-mail services.

Tuesday 23nd of October – Supcenter15, 16 and 17. Downtime is expected to be as follows:
SupCenter 15 – 2 hour of complete service interruption
SupCenter 16 and 17 will have about 1 hour of service interruption for MySQL and Websites and about four hours of service interruption for the Web Hosting Control Panel and FTP including e-mail services.
Wednesday 24nd of October – Supcenter18, 19. Downtime is expected to be as follows:
SupCenter 18 – one hour of complete service interruption
SupCenter 19 – will have about 30 minutes of service interruption for MySQL and Websites and about four hours of service interruption for the Web Hosting Control Panel and FTP including e-mail services.

The aforementioned procedures will not harm the data stored on the servers in any way. No data loss is to be experience.
