SUPCENTER55.COM – URGENT DATA TRANSFER MAINTENANCE

On behalf of our Technical Department we would like to let you know that there will be unscheduled data transfer maintenance on SupCenter55.com on the 24th of January 2008, between 4.00AM and 10:00AM (9:00AM and 3:00 PM GMT) time. The service interruption for all web hosting services is expected to last not more than 2 hours.

We have all noticed the random timing out of the server and the websites hosted on it due to an unidentified hardware issue. Our company has always strived to provide exceptional web hosting services to its customers, as well as always provide the best course of action for all technical issues. Hence our Administrators Department have come up with the conclusion, that in order to resolve the issue with minimum inconvenience and more over minimum changes for the clients on SupCenter55.com the whole server data will be moved to brand new machine – SupCenter100.com, which will be more than adequate than handling the users of the old server and not only that but enhance the stability and reliability of the clients itself due to newer hardware and software configuration.

No data loss is to be expected during the transition. Everything will remain exactly as it was such as login details, e-mail configuration etc. WE do apologize for the inconvenience we might have caused you, but this maintenance is inevitable.
