SERVER MAINTENANCE ON SUPREMECENTER10 AND SUPREMECENTER11

This is just to let you know that there will be a server maintenance for supcenter10 and supcenter11 on 26th and 27th of September which is expected to start at 10:00 and end at 14.00 GMT (05:00 0 09:00 EST) for both dates. The purpose of this maintenance is to enhance the server’s stability and better the data storage capabilities.

The idea is to move both servers to a new machine, which will greatly improve the servers’ performance due to much newer hardware resources. The complete data transfer is to take 4 hours. The following downtime is to be expected: 30 minutes of service interruption for MySQL and Websites and about four hours of service interruption for the Web Hosting Control Panel and FTP including e-mail services.

We are sure you will understand that this is more of an upgrade than a setback even if there will be downtime for your websites.
