Holiday Schedule of Our Technical Support Team

Dear customers,
In regards to the upcoming holidays for Christmas and New Year, out Customer Support Team would like to wish you a Marry Christmas and a Happy New year. We would also like to inform you that the support staff will be scaled down due to the holidays (December 24,25,26 and 31, 2008 including 1st of January 2009). This will result in an increase of the response time for the client’s tickets from 1 hour to 3 hours.
